I ordered the free sample and gave my credit card for a shipping charge ONLY!! They charged my card 79.99 TWICE!!! When finaly got in touch with them over the phone they agreed to refund me the money but only for one charge!!Apparently there is some fine print in some box that you have to check in order to receive your free sample that gives them the right to rip people off without any consequences!!Oprah endorseS these products and I thought they are legitimate but no, they are a huge SCAM AND RIP OFF!!!People BEWARE and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read full review »

In July 2008 I checked my credit report through freecreditreport.com. Later on I noticed 14.95 charge on my credit card statement. When I finally got to talk to a customer service rep, I was told that when you check your credit report you are automatically signed up for a monthly membership. They did not refund the charge! This company is a THIEF!! When I asked the customer rep how com thousands of other people are having problems with them he arrogantly said that they have millions of customers and thousands complaints is not such big of a number!!
