A consistent statement of charges during the initial call and the technician arrived the next day exactly as the scheduled time to repair our ac that was not turning off. He went beyond my original request, and now I've got a better unit. I can't be happier, and I'll certainly call this HVAC repair service company again if I have any problems with the unit.
