Signed up for the $1.99 trial of acai pure...they charged my account $41 plus for products I did not order. I called and they told me to keep the products for a reduced price. At that time I canceled my account and customer service said that it was canceled. Then my account was charged for a company that I had never heard of Fitfactory...I called them and canceled that.
