I have been a Chase card holder since 2006. I have never missed a payment and have always over paid the minimum due. In may 2009 my balance due was zero as Chase had a promo you can skip a payment, but i had just made a payment so i figured this would be junes payment early. On july 12 2009 i went on line to check my account to find I am late and my rate went from 6.99 to15.25. Now I am a little ticked so I call customer service to try and fix it.
