14th July To The Customer Complaint Cell Indian Railways Sir, With reference to details attached below can you please explain how senior citizens aged 82 & 71 be allotted side upper and upper berths and how can such elderly people climb to reach upper berths!? At the time of booking when the option of only lower berths is selected an error message flashes stopping us from proceeding with reservation of tickets.
