Contracted PARFECT REMOVALS RICHMOND to pack and remove furniture from Twickenham to South Wales. Two PACKERS took three days to pack, not the agreed one day. The majority of time only one packer turned up, the other going for a job interview within two hours of arrival at premises. Packed books into boxes which were too large/heavy for subsequent removers to carry.
