This complaint is regards to returning the Acai product/pills and live for life for credit to my account. The product was not suited for my health condition. Initated a call to return the product, called the 888-247-5160, I was given confirmation numbers to put on returning packages (first order and second one that was on the way). I asked for credit to my account when order was received by company, the response was the credit to the account would appear on the next statment.
