I have never ordered this product, never recieved this product, and never authorized this double chare of $137.89 ELITEBERRY/ CYPCYELITEBERRY. THERE IS TWO TRANSATIONS ON 2009-06-30 on my card. I have spoken with your customer care office and been given a file # 401-05105. Custom support has stated I will recieve a full refund .
