I normally stay at the holiday inn prattville al. 2-3 days a week and have for almost 6 months. Needless to say everyone that works the front desk knows my face, if not me by name. I have a special rate of 75.00 per night and was charged 115.15 for thursday night the 27th of august. No One there noticed the mistake until after they had run my credit card AND I NOTICED IT. I love pizza hut however I will never again order another pizza from there due to the manager and district managers unwillingness to admit when they are wrong and do something about it. I just don't understand why it is that wal-mart employees have no concept of customer service or that without the customers who come to their stores then they would not have a job. I can not tell you how many times I have wanted to ask a question and been interupted by an employee or been walking down the isle only to have a stocker with a large cart of frieght damn near run me down to get where they are going.
