On may 11th i received an email from a friend about this website that sold electronics. After sending 400 dollars by western union to china for a cel phone; i spoke to my friend who then told me that his email was hacked into and that he had not sent the email. This company not only took my 400 dollars but also tried to get me to send more money for custom fees that they said they did not know about. To this date NEGECN has gone offline and does not return my emails. This website is a Fraud and I have alerted the authorities for investigations into the matter. read full review »
