LiveNation makes it very unclear how to speak to a representative other than a robot. You can not find a phone number anywhere on the site, and when you do find the number (800-431-3462), you will stay on the line listening to the same country songs for up to twenty minutes than the line cuts out. They make it so that if you do not have a credit card you are forced to pay ten extra dollars the day of the show, with no security on whether you are really going to get a ticket.
