I ordered the $4.95 trail for my daughter then a couple of weeks later they took $74.94 dollars out of my checking acct. with out permission then I got another bottle did not open my Bank told me to send it back so I did. Then I called them twice was told they couldn't give me my money back then he said $15.00 I said no I want my full refund then he said $49.00 dollars said no, I wanted to speak to his supervisor he hung up on me.
