Water puddled on floor in front of drink machines, 2 rugs hanging on the rail approaching cashier, floor was trashy throughout the restaurant and needed sweeping, no paper towels in men's room, paper towels on top of dispenser in women's bathroom, no soap in either bathroom, no napkins where the customer could get them, ONLY 3 workers visible in the entire restaurant (they were pleasant), NO ice in one of the ice dispensers ...a despicable meal situation unlike any I have ever experienced ANYWHERE.
