Brought a watch here for engraving. There was a lot of engraving on the back of the watch already, but I wanted it removed so I could have a custom engraving applied for my husband's birthday. They worked with my time crunch and did a beautiful job of removing the old engraving and adding my special message. He was so touched by the gift, he got teary eyed!
