I ordered two complete TV series from them back in July, 2008. In August, they said there were delays, and that in about two weeks, the shows would be shipped, with S&H refunded. I contacted them again in September and October, with no response. It's now January, 2009, and I found out today, that Google Checkout no longer allows them to do business through them.
