I have also experienced issue with AT&T and returning U-verse equipment. Why I returned the U-verse equipment is another whole story: I had with scheduling installation (they didn’t show and didn’t call) and the quality of the product (the screen would freeze for hours) but I’m over that and happily back to another cable service. None the less, I returned the equipment in their provided boxes and the equipment was delivered and signed for by AT&T employees. 2 months later I received the first bill for the equipment... read full review »
