Diversified has contacted my dad who is very ill with cancer and continues to harrass him, my father-in-law and myself. They stated they would refinance my loan for $50 a month but upon receiving the papers, there was no mention of this and they stated they did not have to put that information on there and in the next sentence stated it was on there. They were asked to make all contacts by writing and they said they did not have to. I asked for the address to request them to stop calling and they told me to find it myself. So I did.
