I am so sick of being ripped-off. These banks seem to do whatever they wish. I hope you go down anyway. The banks that should be getting the bail-outs are the small hometown banks. I was never late with Wamu and had excellent payment record with them. I pay my bill thru bill pay automatically. Well, Chase has changed the due date 2 times and also raised the intrest rate all without any notification. Although they say they mailed notice to you. Yeah right!
