I was lured in by an offer of free shopping. When my husband up and left me with a baby, taking all of our money they at first offered to work with me on my scheduled payments. When I fell a few months behind, sending a payment in when I could, I was still receiving harassing phone calls. I called back, only to be verbally degraded by my Account Manager. I called back looking for her supervisor, she was the supervisor. She refused to transfer me to her direct supervisor or manager.
