On Dec 2008, I purchased a warranty from CDWS for 1, 800. I received the paperwork and reviewed it and it appeared everything major would be covered. In March 2009, I began having problems with my transmission. I figured, I have a warranty, lets take it to a professional. I took my vehicle to Coleman Taylor. I was advised that I would have to have the transmission taken out of the vehicle before he could tell me what was wrong. I called CDWS to get a rental and it was denied.
