I ordered a free bottle of Aci Berry and only paied for shipping. I got my credit card bill and saw a charge for $80 some dollars. When I called them to dispute the charge, they told me because I didn't return the bottle in 15 days they charged me for the whole amount. They sent no indication that that was what needed to be done nor was it on the web site. All they sent was the bottle and a pamphlet about aciberry. There customer severvice is very bad and not helpful. DO NOT ORDER ACIBERRY FOR A FREE PRODUCT BECAUSE ITS NOT FREE. read full review »
