The assigned serviceman was humble in addressing my concern and did swift work mending the refrigerator ice maker problem. He briefly educated me on maintaining the appliance and was kind polite throughout the service. Also, he answered my queries calmly and billed an inexpensive service fee. I could not ask for more.
