I was taken aback by how quickly the allocated technician was able to repair my problem with my cooktop suddenly not igniting, which made me incredibly delighted. In carrying out his duties, he was an expert and accurate. I'm confident in saying that you did an excellent job of training him to become more proficient and responsible at his job.
