Showed so much love in doing his job. I appreciated the technician's understanding of the troubleshooting process. He did an excellent job fixing up my furnace that was not blowing. When it was all finished, he examined again and he tried to observe our oven while it was working in order for him to check if there's still failure found. Fortunately, it was working great.
