Used the chat first to ascertain that ISK were available, they said yes no problem, immediate delivery. After I ordered got back to the helpdesk to tell them I was online and ready to accept delivery, they said didn't know when delivery would be. WTF? Excuses over the next 2 days so took out a paypal dispute with them. Lots of mails saying that they could only send ISK if I cancelled disputes and not before. Clever scam as once a dispute is cancelled it cannot be re-instated and escalated to a claim. 5 Days later helpdesk are joking about... read full review »
