I have just had 2 lots of charges of £74.87 come out of my bank from this company even though I canceled on the 15th day!! I phoned the customer service phone number and she wasn't very helpful after I told her a number of times that I didn't want to pay for their crappy pills that don't work!! She game me the email of head office ([email protected]) which is the same email that I contacted to cancel my account with them, so I will see if they actually give me the money back that they shouldn't have taken (which caused me to go overdrawn!!)
