After following all directions and making a record of all cancellation numbers I received another shipment of product. Upon calling customer service I was told that there were no notes regarding my original call in spite of the fact that I had all the numbers and already knew all the information regarding the return process. I will return the product one more time and I am cancelling the credit card I used to make my ill-fated purchase. read full review »
