When trying to cancell their product and get my money refunded to me that they are attempting to take, they never gave me a cancellation number. Nor could I be turned over to a manager or supervisor. The guy told me it would be a 72 hour wait before talking to "a superior". When I told him I will call my bank to dispute the charges, he told me they would charge me $50 for disputing the charge.
