Comcast has the worst sevice I have ever seen... this company needs to be shut down... My servic (phone, internet, cable) went out July 15, they can't get a tech to my home until July 20... I know they have a policy that they must restore your phone service within 24 hours.. they have ignored this policy.. my husband is a seizure patient and i have two children at home.. this is horrible... this is not the first time my services have been off for 5 or more days... the fcc should investigate this company...
