As stated above, 7/17/09 I need help with a "Travel Services gift certificate". At retirement I received a travel cert from MBNA which I have been using with BOA. (grandfathered from MBNA). The BOA travel agents are not familiar with the program. I want to use it, but having problem. Please help, if you can. Thank you for any help you can give.
