Your mob. bill date has been shown as 9th-Jul 2009. Now my monthly bill generation will be 9th of every month instead of 7th of every month previous. I have requested many times verbally to the reliance tele that I am a retired person and Sr Citizen of India. My pension comes in the bank in the last working day of the month so the due date for billing payment should be accordingly so that there should be no late fee charged but now again monthly bill generation has been changed while due date for payment has not been changed.
