I have received a notice from Sovereign Bank who increased my escrow payments by paying out my property tax twice. Their timing was amazing since they did it just before my new (low) interest rate was going to kick in. They have no explanation why it was done. If I had not reviewed my statement I would have started paying increased payments for a home loan that adjusted down by more than a point !!! Has anyone had a similar experience ? read full review »
