I called and spoke with Pablo regarding my cleaning needs and decided we were a fit. I made an appointment and was emailed all the necessary information pertaining to costs and my appointment time. I received a reminder text message the day before and was pleased that the technician arrived on time. Johann was pleasant, professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and sofa.
