They have 3 call centers probably paying teenagers $8.50 per hour so you never talk to the same person twice. You are constantly placed on hold and after 5 days of run around are told they do not cover that and that it will be and additional $600 to have it fixed. You're better off hiring your own reliable repair services. I wish I had checked them out here first. read full review »
