Sensa sprinkles do not work. I gained weight when I gave up cigarettes and was hoping this might help stop the craving to eat. I used it as directed, but noticed NO DIFFERENCE. It has no taste, no smell, no effects at all on whether or not you feel full. Good thing I got it on Amazon for $20.00 and didn't sign up for the auto delivery. Beauty Boutique (AKA Amerimark) takes 3 weeks to process returned merchandise. I sent some items back and expected to see the credit on my card, but didn't.
