The offer they returned was higher than my monthly mortgage payment, I tryed calling Ocwen and no responce, All you get are automated recording and leave a messoage with someone who cannot say their name clearly, I tryed to talk with the Ombudsman office held on for 40 minutes and finally I faxed ocwen and the Ombudsman office with no response.People seeking mortgage should not go to Ocwen they will let you down, raise your monthly payment telling you it is due to personal property taxes, This is a truth. toles, c read full review »

I called bank of america to ask why my monthly payments keep going up.
