I went to cancel my membership 3 weeks ago so they would not take the fees out of my account. Lo & behold they did not keep their word and decided to steal the next month membership. I went in did everything I was told, filed all paperwork they requested & still got screwed! Sick of this! Sick of companies drafting my account whenever they please.
