So I was checking my son, s cell account and found that 2 days ago we were charged 9.99 for some gaming service that we did not apply for!! I was told there is no way to stop it . I could try to text the 41463 and tell them to stop.. Well I decided to call Virgin Mobile back and tell them they are responsible if they let it happen on a minors account ... I told them my credit card wa son an auto top up and I was going to deny charges claming fraud.. They Instantly gave me my credit back to my account.
