We had a good experience, and we're very pleased with them. Recently, I contacted this company for the repair of my ac that was not turning off. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The technician came to my place at the given time frame and even called me 30 mins before his arrival. He exerted all his efforts to fix my AC, which only took him a couple of hours to accomplish.
