i purchased two dvd box sets from this company and recieved both, but one of the disks was bad so i called and told them. they sent me a replacement disk which was also bad. i called again and was told in a not so nice way that shouldn't happen, but they will send me another disk. i waited and no disk. i called again they said they would ship it out again. this happened three times. on the fourth phone call i asked when i would be getting my disk the man asked if i had gotten it and i said no. he then called me a liar because i signed for... read full review »
