I bought a Sony Vaio computer (laptop), but found battery problem and contacted customer support 5 times. They promised again again and send me empty boxes through FeDex without battery inside. I complained each time, they continued to send me the box without battery. I gave up and decided to return the computer back to the shop (Best Buy). I will NEVER buy sony computer and will NEVER recommend it to others. read full review »
