I agree with everyone, they take forever to answer the phone and claim you never called to cancel. They also don't give e-mail confirmation nor do they give you a cancellation number. They go by other names such as Detox Trial (800-349-1196) and Berry Trials (800-249-6032). When you're placing the order or canceling during your free trial period, they should really nice and considerate but when you call to dispute, they are nasty and state that you didn't call and didn't read the policy - it states very clearly.
