They state at the bottom of the invioce that you can call and recieve an RMA to return the product if not completely satisfied. I would be responsible for return shipping charges. When I called to request an RMA, they said all they could do was to stop any future shipments, and that I could not in fact return any of the product for a refund. read full review »
