I filled out an online survey for a FREE TRIAL, which charged my account $5.95 for shipping and it didn't show up for over a week and a half, so I CANCELLED the free trial and ANY FUTURE CHARGES!!! Well, today shows an $85.90 charge about to hit my account and I CAN'T STOP IT FROM HAPPENING!!! I call the phone number my bank has for them (213) 814-1438 and at first there was an abrasive BEEP- BEEP-BEEP.
