Reading complaints listed by others sounds like a re-enactment of my own experience with the internet company. I was never able to find the "Fine print" referred to by the service personnel that supposedly explained their policy. Thank goodness my Capital One stands behind their customers! Dear PTL; In response to wanting to cancel my DENTECH WHITENING "trial", I was informed I needed to email "[email protected]" for a postal RMA#. Once I had the RMA#...I was to return the product for a refund. I have just rec'd my RMA#...so time will tell! Good luck...and next time READ the fine print! read full review »
