Macfee has one of the least effective techincal support service i have ever seen or experience. I tried their online chat support and/ virtual asstance still could not reinstall the Macafee Antivirus. When I finally reach a "live" person. The CSR redirected me back to tech chat support. I ask could I speak to a real person in tech support and was informed thier would be a fee. What???????? Why would I paid additioanl money when I purchase the software and service for 3 years ans I am only in the 2nd year?????? I hope future buyers of Macafee read this before considering purchase this so- called service. read full review »
