Unfortunately I did not research this company until after the fact. When I read the ripoff report I thought I was reading about myself. I too was charged for items that I did not order. I only received one invoice and the company went into my account and charged me twice, once on 10/30 and again on 11/19. I emailed customer service for satisfaction and was told I would get a reply in 24 to 48 hours to date I have heard not a single word.
