I rented 3 movies from Blockbuster Video in Rita Ranch, Tucson, AZ. This was my first time so I had to give my credit card number to open an account...I had a bad feeling and should have walked away. Anyway, I opened the account and rented 3 movies. It was a Monday (I believe June 29, 09) and I had to return the movies the next day, which I did! After a week I get a $23.76 charge on my credit card. When I called I was told that I did not return the movies. I told the manager that I most certainly did return all 3 movies.
