I ordered the trial size. Just $4.95 worth a try right? Doesn't work as stated and to top it off...low and behold an auto shipment comes in my mail. It's been charged to my account and no one answers the number. then, the recording gives an email address (which doesn't work). All the package insert says is item is non refundable when shipped! I didn't even know it was going to ship since I did not sign up for it. I need to know how in the world I get my name off their mailing list so I don't get any more shipments!
