We sold a rehab house on Aug 5th of 2008. Citimorgage had bought the Mortgage. At the end of August we got a collection call demanding a mortgage payment and in September another. Citimortgage lost a Check from closeing for $122, 000.00 dollars. They signed for it and then asked our Title company for another. The title company sent another check which they refused to accept.
